One day Lakshmi(Ajay) comes and tries to bribe Vikram for his land jhagda.But Vikram doesnt listen to him and beats him like anything.Then Lakshmi returns from there without settlement.After few days Vikram agrees to marry Kalyani.Everything goes well and they make all preparations for their marriage.On the day of marriage when Vikram is about to tie the knot Lakshmi and his gang comes and attacks the Mandap.In that fight,they kill Kalyani and run away from that place.Kalyani takes a promise from Vikram that he should marry Vaishali,whom Lakshmi is going to marry.Vikram doesnt agree but she takes a promise from him and he finally agrees.Very aggressive Vikram attacks Lakshmi and kills all his men but Lakshmi gets escaped.Then Vikram goes to Hyderabad and there the flashback ends.After listening all these with a lots of student support Vikram and his gang goes and attacks lakshmi and his army.Lakshmi's kingdom gets destroyed completely.Vikram and Vaishali gets married and all izz well.

Vikram reveals the flashback:

Kotha Vikram is an ACP(Varanasi).He is a very strict officer.He is transferred from A.P. to U.P. to end Rowdism and crime in Varansi,the most holy city.The very first day he hits all the goons in the city and wins the heart of public.He has a cousin Kalyani(Ruthika).She likes him and plans to marry him.But he doesnt agree.He tells her that he is a Police Officer and he has life threat.It is better that she wont marry him.But she wont listen.She says that she is ready to die for Vikram.

Vikram(Varun Sandesh) is an engineering student.He is a happy go lucky kinda person.He knows only two things:Enjoy your life and study during the time of exams.He is the coolest person in the college.Vaishali Mehta(Anushka) is a North Indian.Her father gets transferred to Hyderabad.So entire family shifts to Hyderabad.She joins in the same college where vikram is studying.She meets Vikram.Both become very close.They become best friends.They enjoy a lot,study together and do a lots of yo yo..Slowly,Vikram starts liking Vaishali.Firstly,Vaishali rejects him saying some stupid stories.But finally she accepts him.Both start loving each other.But Vaishali fears of her father.She says that her father won't agree for their marriage.Vikram says that he would convince her father.One day the Principal of their college comes to know about their love matter.He calls Vikram and warns him.He tells him that if they both want to move together in that way only then they can leave the college.He warns him that if this gets repeated,they both would be rusticated.Then Vikram does'nt say all this to Vaishali.He simply says that he wants to stay away from her for a few days so that both can concentrate on their studies.Vaishali also accepts.Vikram and Vaishali both are from different branches.Kangna(Poonam Kaur) and Vikram are branchmates.So both study together.One day Vaishali watches both together and her friends tell her that Vikram is more interested in kangna thats why he left Vaishali.She believes it to be true and scolds and slaps Vikram and listens nothing.The next day Lakshmi(Ajay) comes to the college and he forcibly tries to take Vaishali from there.Vikram Hits him and his chamchas in a very bad way.Everyone is shocked.Then Lakshmi while leaving warns Vikram-"Rey Inspector ninnu vadilipettanu malli nannu gelukuthunnav vadalanu".Vaishali comes and hugs Vikram.Everyone asks him why did Lakshmi say like that.Then Vikram reveals a roaring fact -"Naa peru Vikram.Kotha Vikram.ACP Varanasi.Everyone is shocked
